Today, Gaijin has released an article discussing possible changes to the damage and unit restoration mechanics in Ground Vehicle Realistic Battles, which would allow for some limited repairs to be done without the parts modification researched in this mode. Read on for the details!
Interestingly, the IS-3A has received some changes on the common test, which were only briefly mentioned in the change notes -- namely, an inverse autoreloading mechanism. These changes had been announced previously on supertest, but originally only as a test of the inverse autoreloading system on a heavy tank. A separate version of the vehicle (labelled "IS-3A (T)") with these changes had previously been introduced to the game client for supertesters as well; however, the changes are now present on the standard IS-3A on the Update 1.3 Common Test.
As a refresher, here's what has changed (stats with 100% crew):
Anyone who has the IS-3A in their garage on the Common Test can currently test out the vehicle with these changes. Do note that it is currently unknown whether these will stick around to see the live server in Update 1.3, but more info will likely come with time. Stay tuned!
Two new vehicles have been found in the Update 1.3 Common Test files, which were previously only in the supertest client -- including the first wheeled vehicle in World of Tanks! Check them both out (EBR 75 FL 10 & M41D) here, courtesy of Rykoszet.
A new variant of a seen-before mode is ready for testing, commanders! It’s pretty much the Grand Battles you know, but instead focused on Tier VIII combat. The mode will be available for a week only, from 13 November to 20 November, and with your feedback, we will see what the future holds.
Today marks the launch of the first Common Test of Update 1.3, bringing a new 2D customization feature to tier X and premium tier VIII vehicles, some big changes to Personal Missions, changes to Maps (+ a new grand battle map) and more. Let’s get into it!
A partial redesign of the Minsk map has appeared on supertest, created to solve some of the issues with gameplay of the current version. Read on for more details.
World of Tanks - HWK 30 & T95/FV4201 Chieftain In-Game Screenshots (Unfinished Visual Models) + HWK 30 Size Comparison to Ru 251
Screenshots of the new tier VIII German premium light and tier X British reward heavy - HWK 30 and T95/FV4201 Chieftain, respectively - have arrived, courtesy of WoT Express. Check them out!
Changes to the tier X British heavy reward vehicle, the T95/FV4201 Chieftain, have already arrived on supertest. They are as follows.
Changes to Characteristics
Two new style sets have appeared -- "Armistice" and "Diversity". The former appears to be in recognition of Armistice Day (11. November), also known (depending on your region) as Remembrance Day or Veterans' Day, while the latter features a camouflage pattern made up of many different hand prints. Both styles are treated as unhistorical elements, but it is currently unknown how either will be obtainable. Regardless, here are some screenshots of both in the meantime, courtesy of WoT Express.
With the most recent micropatch, two new tier VIII premium vehicles have been added to the game files -- the EMIL 1951, an autoloading Swedish heavy tank, and the SU-130PM, a lightly-armored Soviet tank destroyer. The characteristics of the latter vehicle (SU-130PM) have also been adjusted slightly. Read on for the details, as well as some screenshots of both vehicles' finished visual models.
Several changes have been made to the stats of the Soviet tier VIII premium light tank, LT-432, since its' introduction on supertest. They are as follows.

Yet more versions of the Kharkov map continue to appear on supertest: this time, two basd off to the second variant from the last test. Check them out.
It's time to take a look at the second vehicle introduced on supertest today -- the first of which was the tier X British heavy reward vehicle, T95/FV4201 Chieftain. As mentioned previously, the second vehicle is a tier VIII German premium light tank, which goes by the name of HWK 30. The vehicle is meant to supposedly represent a joint project between Germany and Mexico, similar to the HWK 12. Read on for more details on the vehicle as it stands in World of Tanks!
Today, supertest has begun on a pair of new vehicles -- a German tier VIII premium light tank (to be covered in the next article), and this: a British tier X reward heavy tank, the T95/FV4201 Chieftain. As the name would suggest, the vehicle combines the hull of the American T95 medium tank with the turret of the British Chieftain. Read on for more details.
