Two prototypes of a new summer map have appeared on the super test, which will be made available in Grand Battles. These will be maps in the Soviet setting, which will take us to an atmosphere of stubborn opposition and struggle against the German invaders.
Two different versions will be tested, and whichever of the suggested options is more successful will eventually end up in the game. Both maps refer to a mixed type of maps on which all vehicle types will find their application: there are enough open spaces and cover for making combat maneuvers or engaging in remote skirmishes, as well as points of interest for heavily-armored vehicles - for control of which players will have to converge with the enemy in short-distance combat.
The first prototype involves a more "classic" style of gameplay for mixed maps. It will be a combination of open spaces and urban development, which gives the opportunity to play all types of equipment.
The second version of the map departs from the usual style: for each of the teams a different type of game progression is suggested. The respawn points on this variant are arranged in such a way that one of the teams will play more aggressively, through the attacking actions, and the other in more of a defensive and counterattacking manner.
Based on the results of the tests, it will be determined which option is more viable and interesting to make a decision on what version to continue development of. Stay tuned for more info.
